This ceramic mug was hand-thrown on a potter's wheel with speckled stoneware clay. It has a comfortable pulled handle and soft-bellied shape. The oysters were hand illustrated and applied using a screenprinting technique with a gelli plate. The piece was then dipped in a soft blue glaze.
